The thing about being a nomad, is that once in a while you'll walk down an alley, sit down at a table and have a conversation that leads you to being a part of something you wanted but didn't know it. This was one of those times. A chance encounter and some Peruvian coffee led to the design of a boutique hotel in Cusco.
